For as long as I can remember, I have LOVED trees (#treehugger). I love their resilience, beauty, and strength. I love being in the safety and calming presence of the woods. Trees remind me that we can weather almost everything and just when it seems like we’ve reached the end, new life, or a new opportunity appears and we keep growing.

For the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of working with women all over the world who are new leaders, high level executives and small business owners.

I started Your Business Matters to support female founders who are ready to transform their business into the business they looked to create in the first place.

I LOVE working with women who are ready to grow their top and bottom line, gain more financial clarity to make better intentional decisions and who are ready to find their voice, their message and nail their pricing.

My passion for empowering, guiding and supporting women owned small businesses has only gotten stronger in the last several years. As a business coach during the pandemic, I witnessed how resilient, empathetic, creative and AMAZING women are when the s*hit hits the fan. Being in partnership with service based business owners to help women rebuild, dig out and thrive has been inspiring and just plain awesome. And being a mother of three kids, I need to show them that female business owners of all ages are strong, successful, resilient and just plain bad-ass.
